Every inspection comes with 90 days of protection, at no extra cost.

Coverage is underwritten through Inspector Services Group and activates automatically when your report is delivered — there is nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for.

90-day mechanical and structural warranty

Major systems confirmed working at inspection stay covered for 90 days, or 22 days after closing — whichever comes last.

5-year roof leak protection

Up to $3,000 in repairs for leaks that develop after the inspection.

MoldSafe

Up to $2,000 in remediation for new, visible mould that wasn't present at inspection.

SewerGard

Up to $2,000 for main water line breaks and $2,000 for sewer or septic line collapse in the first 90 days.

Appliance Checks

Every major appliance — range, fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, water heater — is operated and checked during the inspection.

Thermal Scan

Thermal imaging of the electrical panel, walls, and suspect areas reveals hidden moisture, heat loss, and overheating.
